Internet service company snaps up IT help business

ASK4, the Sheffield-based internet carrier provider, has finished the purchase of IT-controlled offerings and assisted commercial enterprise Birchenallhowden (BHL). Established in 2006, BHL affords services, including application web hosting, private cloud, hosted telephony, laptop support, and backup to SMEs, corporates, and public region customers, focusing on call center operators and multi-website healthcare providers. The corporation, also based in Sheffield and employs 29 workforces, received an undisclosed sum. ASK4 will merge BHL with its ASK4 Business and ASK4 Datacentres subsidiaries, which give managed communications offerings to multi-tenanted business centers and operate a Tier-three facts center to create ASK4 Integrated Services.

ASK4 Integrated Services will provide quit-to-quit managed IT services to existing business customers and ASK4’s clients’ base inside the Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) quarter.
